“I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.” Ephesians 1:16
Dear Parishioners, When I received my appointment letter stating that I would be assigned to this parish, I looked forward to being in my new community, which I would call home. I was excited to meet new friends and parishioners, just like in my previous assignment. They say people come and go in your life, but the truth is, people never leave; their roles just change. Being here in this parish will be a happy challenge for me. The warm welcome and smiles that greeted me when I arrived are very touching and heartwarming. I wish to express my warm gratitude for the support and dedication that you have shown me as your new pastor. I hope that I have inspired all of you as much as you have inspired me. Rest assured of my prayers for each one of you and your families. Let us join hands together as we journey to build St. John the Baptist Parish into a strong, caring, and vibrant community. Thank you very much! Sincerely in Christ, Reverend Sherwin C. Monteron, Pastor
